RECOGNITION PROGRAM FOR CLUBS

Congratulations!

All that hard work has paid off! We are delighted to announce the winners of the “Awards and Recognitions Plan” installed early this year towards Education and Training. It was heartwarming to see such active participation from our District. Congratulations and a huge thank you to all the clubs and members who worked tirelessly towards earning them.

All the winners(clubs and individual members) listed,  will be honored at the Hall of Fame on Saturday,  the third and final day of DTAC – 2010.  The updated list of the Silver tongue award recipients will be sent to the DTAC RC Chair.  Recipients who have already gone ahead and paid for their registrations will be reimbursed once they attend DTAC.

While we have taken meticulous care to ensure the correctness of this document, if any club’s/member’s name has been involuntarily left out, please contact me  before May 12, 2010.

But all's not over yet.  In the 50 and odd days remaining, we are counting on your ability to communicate, influence, and persuade your clubs, members and yourself, to add more educational power to our District 79.  As Brian Tracy says “The most effective men and women in every area are those who can quite competently organize the cooperation and assistance of other people toward the accomplishment of important goals and objectives”.  This will certainly take us from a “good” finale to a “grand” finale

As we complete ten months of our term, we have great pleasure in announcing our achievements related to Education & Training. There has been fantastic participation from clubs towards achieving the District’s Education and Training Awards. As of April 30, 2010, we have:

Competent Communicators (CCs) 323
