DISTRICT PRO 
 
Safeer Azeez, based in Qatar, Division E has 8 years experience in Toastmasters.  He currently works for Qatar Airways as the Manager Business Systems in the  Information Technology Department.  A toastmaster with a midas touch, he turns all his officer assignments into gold.  All his past assignments in Toastmasters; VP Education, President, Asst AG E&T, Area Governor, Asst DG E&T, Division Governor have achieved Presidents Distinguished status. 
 
DISTRICT SECRETARY 

Salim Sayyid, based in Abudhabi, Division H has been with Toastmasters since 2003. He works for Ali & Sons Co., LLC as the Marketing Manager of Volkswagen Cars for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.  His 7 years in Toastmasters has seen him in various leadership positions - Secretary, VP Membership, VP Public Relations, VP Education and President in 2008 - 2009. Asst. Area Govenor Education for Area 2 in 2009 - 2010. He is also a good orator - 2nd Place winner for International Speech at Division level in 2007 – 2008 and awards at Club and Area levels for International and Humorous Speeches. 

DISTRICT TREASURER  
 
Jaya Mahalingam, based in Dubai, Division B,  has put in 11 years into Toastmasters. She works for Hill and Knowlton as the Regional Director Finance. She served as VP Education of TGIS Toastmasters during the year 2005-2006, was the Lead Coordinator -Communications in GTAC 2001 and headed the Education Committee as part of DTAC 2006. She is also the winner of the International Taped speech contest in 2003 at the International Toastmaster's convention in Atlanta (during the “undistricted” status ).
