District Alignment committee reviews and amends, if necessary, the alignment of clubs, areas and divisions in our District. The committee crafts a plan that serves the clubs in the most effective way possible. The recommended changes must be approved by the District Council in May 2010 and will be effective throughout 2010-2011. Changes cannot be made after the approval, so it’s important that the alignment is correct and will be effective throughout the year.

Shahul Hameed, DTM - Immediate past Division L Governor, has been appointed as the Chairman of our District Re-alignment.  

TM. Shahul Hameed has shown exemplary leadership qualities, very logical thinking, dedication and commitment through out his association with toastmasters. District 79 is sure his experience will contribute immensely to our district's desire to serve our members more effectively.
