The audit committee consists of at least three club members who are not members of the district executive committee.

The purpose of the audit committee is to confirm that district funds are spent appropriately. The audit committee reviews the financial transactions twice during the year and provides reports for the six months ending 31st December, and for the year ending 30th June. The reports must be submitted to WHQ by February 15 and August 31.
